The PROTEKTOR II Wireless Nurse Call System is a new concept wireless system using Zone Protektor(ZP-01) configuration. Zone Protektors us dual frequancy two-way communication to cover a large area: Low Power (433mhz) for the local cell and high power (868Mhz/915Mhz) for long range signalling with the care station.
Each Zone Protektor looks after its own zone or cell continually checking for alarms or faults on nearby wireless devices. The wireless nurse call mininmizes the data traffic to the Care Station, allows for long battery life, maximizes wireless coverage and creates a safe structure to ensure that each device is operational
